[Release]1.04L (and all later versions) Client translations

Okay, there are posts for this all over the forums so here I post mine.

Text.bmd -> 98% english
- just illusion temple texts

Item.bmd -> 98% english
- everything except the new items is done.

dialogue -> 95% english
- everything except the new summoner quest is done.

npcname(kor).txt -> 100% english
all the other files are 100% too

There is test in all the file names. leave it like that, if not it won't work.
